CIArb's Young Members Group is pleased to invite anyone aged 40 years and under on the date of submission to participate in the CIArb YMG writing competitions. This year’s competition invites participants to prepare a procedural order and explanatory note in relation to virtual hearings. For further details and guidelines, please refer to the YMG Essay Competition brochure here.
The Essay Competition will be judged by an Editorial Jury (Alexander G. Leventhal ACIArb, Mercy Okiro MCIArb, João Marçal Martins ACIArb, Elizabeth Rainbow Willard ACIArb, and Dharam Jumani FCIArb) and an Honorary Jury (Olufunke Adekoya FCIArb, Professor Mohamed Abdel Wahab MCIArb, and Michael Mcilwrath).
The winner will be invited to speak at the CIArb YMG virtual seminar held in November 2020 and will also be profiled in the CIArb YMG newsletter. The five finalist submissions shall be published on the CIArb website.
