Professional Courses Curriculum Development Manager
The post holder will manage the creation and delivery of all non-membership courses delivered at headquarters, branches and partners.
Policy and Public Affairs Officer
The Policy and Public Affairs Officer will play a key role in ensuring the success of CIArb’s Policy and Public Affairs Strategy. Reporting to the Head of Policy and External Affairs, they will deliver against the Department’s policy influencing objectives through building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers, partner organisations and other important stakeholders, in pursuit of our ambition to be the leading voice on ADR matters in public policy around the world.
Governance Secretary (Maternity Cover)
The Governance Secretary will provide administrative and governance support to all CIArb Board and Committee meetings and office holders, Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings and Congress. The Boards and Committees include the meetings of the Board of Trustees, the Board of Management, and all Standing Committees and Sub-Committees.
Quality and Delivery Administrator
The post holder will support the Quality and Delivery Manager in upholding the CIArb competence framework and quality code in all courses and projects delivered at headquarters, branches and partners. The Quality and Delivery Administrator will assist the Quality and Delivery Manager in ensuring that CIArb’s competence framework and quality code are upheld in all courses developed and delivered either at CIArb or partners. Your role within the organisation will be to help and work with customers, all Education and Training sub teams and partners to ensure that courses are quality assured.
