Digital Marketing Executive
The Marketing Campaigns Executive is responsible for managing and delivering effective marketing communications which directly impact the business plan targets. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the most appropriate communications channels and messages are used to deliver on objectives. The role is also responsible for developing communications which ensure the CIArb brand is visible, respected and valued and positions CIArb as a partner with authority.
Business Development Executive
As Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for the growth in the number of users of CIArb training products. You will need to identify and win business with bringing new training providers and corporate members on board to deliver our training products as well as maintain and develop relationships with existing training providers and corporates.
Head of Education and Training and Project Management
The post holder will use acumen and expertise in overseeing the project management and delivery of all CIArb courses and assessments around the globe, pursuant to the Object in its Royal Charter, of providing education, training and professional qualification in ADR. They will be responsible for ensuring that the CIArb’s renowned global standards of knowledge and practice are maintained in all projects and qualification courses developed and delivered.
CIArb Members Course Consultant
The external post holders will be leaders in their fields. They will quality assure the discrete ADR areas covered by the CIArb Membership Courses under rolling consultancy contracts renewed annually, including providing advice on industry standards and the CIArb Competence Framework, advising on how course materials should be updated and guiding on CIArb assessments.
