IT Apprentice

You will work in IT and support staff on large projects, learning how to work with the Project Management Office (PMO) to help deliver Business Systems requirements for those projects. You will learn caseload and system configuration and management, becoming progressively more advanced with experience, allowing you to handle more complex cases and tasks including analytics, systems, applications and software to support CIArb staff in a secure and agile manner

Policy and External Affairs Officer

The Policy and External Affairs Officer will play a key role in ensuring the success of CIArb’s Policy and Public Affairs Strategy. Reporting to the Policy and External Affairs Manager, they will deliver against the Department’s policy influencing objectives through building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, partner organisations and other important stakeholders, in pursuit of our ambition to be the leading voice on ADR matters in public policy around the world.

Communications and Content Manager

This role will support CIArb’s member engagement and communications team, by leading the strategic development, direction and day-today delivery of its communications . The role is accountable for CIArb’s media and public relations, content plan, social media, crisis management, and internal communications. Through an effective communications plan, the role is responsible for promoting CIArb activities externally and internally, in order to raise the profile of CIArb and increase the level of engagement with key stakeholders. The role will work with all internal teams to help them achieve their objectives.

Membership Marketing Manager

his role will support CIArb’s Member Engagement and Communications team, by leading the strategic member engagement planning and the development of member journeys. The role will be responsible for translating the strategy into a clear sales pipeline of membership acquisition and retention planning and campaigns, including educational course promotion. The role is responsible for developing channel plans ensuring they meet the expectations of our customers and members as well as delivering against performance targets and brand objectives. As a digital leader you’re comfortable with CRM systems and data-led email campaigns. You will work closely with the Comms and Content Manager to ensure integration of all marketing and communications channels and content.

Member Services Executive – 6 months contract

The Membership Executive provides frontline services to members on all matters relating to applications for membership, change of grade and arranging peer interviews. This is an import role in ensuring the day to day operational functions of membership acquisition and progression are undertaken effectively and efficiently; providing an excellent service to both internal and external customers, communicating effectively and courteously and providing information and advice on matters relating to the work of the Member Services team.
