Membership Marketing Executive
CIArb has a great opportunity to increase is global membership even further. This role will drive CIArb’s membership marketing campaigns and be responsible for promoting membership, CIArb products and services, and the value of CIArb and ADR more widely. With particular focus on digital marketing, this role will implement and optimise campaigns and customer journeys, ensuring a great member experience and ROI for the organisation. You’re comfortable with CRM systems and data-led email campaigns, and will work closely with external comms and social media colleagues to ensure campaigns are integrated.
Social Media and Content Executive
CIArb has a great opportunity to grow global engagement through its social media channels. With a new organizational strategy, we see social media as a key focus. This role will drive CIArb’s social media campaigns and be responsible for promoting our products and services through content marketing and social media activity. The role is responsible for promoting CIArb activities and to provide effective support to raise the profile of CIArb and increase the level of engagement with key audiences. The role will work with all internal teams to help them achieve their objectives and wider organizational goals.
The Events Assistant will be working with the Events Planner and wider Communications Team to deliver the CIArbs events offer. The main responsibility will be to coordinate and execute the CIArb webinars and other online events. In addition to that the role will include supporting the Events Planner with day to day activities.
Venues & Facilities Executive
This exciting and challenging role offers the chance to work in the dynamic and fast-growing room hire Team (12 Bloomsbury Square Ltd) where no two days are the same. Duties will be varied as below, and the right candidate will be providing assistance relating to the day to day operation of the 12 BSq room hire business and facilities requirements under the direction of the Venue & Facilities Manager.
