The Head Data Analyst will ensure that all data is processed and quality assured so that it can be analysed through appropriate systems with a view to the production of reports that can assist CIArb services and other stakeholders make effective decisions and support the assessment of indicators and other business intelligence processes of CIArb.
Quality Assurance Manager
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing a quality assurance system that will apply to all courses and projects developed and delivered either at CIArb, its global branches and partners.
Your role within the organisation will be to liaise with all the Training and Development sub-teams, branches, partners and all stakeholders and provide systems and appropriate mechanisms to enable quality standards to be monitored in accordance with CIArb’s training and development objectives.
Member Services Executive
The Membership Executive provides frontline services to members on all matters relating to applications for membership, change of grade and arranging peer interviews. This is an import role in ensuring the day to day operational functions of membership acquisition and progression are undertaken effectively and efficiently; providing an excellent service to both internal and external customers, communicating effectively and courteously and providing information and advice on matters relating to the work of the Member Services team.
