Director of People and Development

The Director of People and Development will be responsible for the leadership and strategic direction and development of overseeing all aspects of the People and Development function within Ciarb. They will be an innovative and forward-thinking leader, and will provide strategic direction on learning and development, wellbeing, cultural change, talent management and employee relations; promoting diversity, equity, and inclusiveness throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive employee experience is maintained.

Training Experience Officer

The Training Experience Officer will be responsible for enabling an improved learner experience from the pre-delivery stage (marketing, bookings, payments, enrolments, and materials) of Ciarb membership courses and assessments to the delivery. The post holder will be responsible for Ciarb’s Learning Management System, ensuring a smooth and friendly learner journey.
