CIArb European Branch with support of law firm Sayenko Kharenko, is organising the course “Module 1 – Law, Practice and Procedure of International Arbitration” in Kyiv in May – July 2019.
After successful completion of the course, participants will be eligible to apply for Member status with CIArb and take advantage of a range of educational and professional benefits.

Joint intervention success as Churchill judgment allows the courts to order parties to mediateIn a significant moment for mediation, the highly anticipated Churchill judgment overturns the decision in Halsey, confirming it is not a breach of human rights to integrate mediation into the court process and, where appropriate, to order parties to mediate.
