CIArb’s Scotland Branch encourages construction adjudication participants from the UK to assist with a research survey. This survey follows previous research which has since been published in the Construction Law Journal.
Please follow the link below to the UK Adjudication Survey 2021. It would be appreciated if construction adjudication participants could take a moment to complete the survey. There is an option to have the findings of the research sent to you when published, which will be of interest.
More information on the outcome of the research will be provided at the conclusion of the paper.

Significant progress on Advisory Centre for International Investment Law at UNCITRALIn 2017, UNCITRAL Working Group III (WGIII) was launched and was tasked with working on procedural reform of the investor state dispute settlement (ISDS) system. From 1-5 April 2024, Ciarb participated in the 48th session of WGIII in its capacity as an observer delegate.
