This enables me to provide comprehensive legal and strategic advice and deliver practical, commercial solutions whether drafting and negotiating contracts or resolving disputes.

> While managing dispute avoidance, when it comes to construction projects, disputes are not always avoidable. In these instances, my skills are supplemented by extensive mediation, adjudication, and arbitration experience, as well as a thorough knowledge of litigious processes and procedures used in Africa.
> My experience covers all major sectors including construction, infrastructure, mining,rail, ports and pipelines, and regulatory affairs in the public and private sectors
> That also includes reviewing, drafting and advising on the various bespoke and standard form construction and engineering contracts.
> These include engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM).
