Experience of claims management and commercial disputes, including instructing claims teams, solicitors and barristers, and acting as a witness in hearings.
Significant disputes include:

- mitigation of £1m financial penalty for a PFI contract;

- construction defects in a twin-bored tunnel beneath the River
Thames;

- latent defect claims including circa £5m of track fixings defect
rectification work; and

- securing revenue rights for the disposal of circa £2m of land
acquired for a construction project
