Qualified and experience civil engineer working in the petroleum industry. Then retrained in the law. Commenced practice as arbitrator 1996. Appointed Queens Counsel. Gave up all advocacy work and limited practice to work only as a neutral in 2016. I work solely as Arbitrator, on DABs, as Expert Determiner, Mediator and Facilitator. Qualified and occasionally work as Adjudicator.
On Board of Resolution Institute (RI) and Chair of its Determinative Committee. RI is the largest ADR professional group in Australia and its most significant Neutral appointment body.
