Managing Director, Kiran & Musonda Consulting Engineers, Zambia. Previously worked with Ove Arup Zambia and UK offices as a construction and design engineer.

A Civil/Structural Engineer and a Construction Disputes Arbitrator, Adjudicator and Mediator:
• A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK)
• Listed on the FIDIC and DRBF Presidents’ lists of Adjudicators.
• Listed on panel of International Adjudicators of Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) and member of the CRCICA DB Committee responsible for the drafting of the 2021 DB Rules.
• FIDIC Accredited Trainer.

Also serves on the FIDIC Certification Board 2021 – 2024 as:
• Member of the Board of Directors of the FIDIC Credentialing Limited, the entity responsible for the governance of the credentialing and Certification system for the improvement of professional standards, sustainable development practices, ethics and technical application of knowledge in the worldwide infrastructure industry.
• Member of the Programmes/ Examination/Writing Committees - responsible for the development of all Certifications for the FIDIC Adjudicator’s Programme.

Has more than 37 years of practical and professional experience in design, construction management and providing advisory support on infrastructure projects using FIDIC and other forms of contract.

Was a Reviewer of the FIDIC Contracts 2017 – Construction, Plant and Design, and EPC Contracts and the 2021 FIDIC Green Book Short Form Contract.

Since 2000, have served on many Arbitral tribunals and Dispute Boards (DRE/DAB/DAAB) on large infrastructure (roads and buildings) projects in Botswana, Ethiopia, Lesotho, Liberia, Malawi, Mozambique, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Zimbabwe, and Zambia. Some were ICC and FIDIC appointments.

Have conducted international Training in FIDIC and international contracts.
