A result oriented Commercial Manager and Chartered Quantity Surveyor with rich overseas and indigenous experience of more than 21 years in successful commercial management; domain expertise in Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) sectors; demonstrative excellence in fast track multi-billion projects especially on Healthcare, Sports, Commercial Fit-out, Hotel, Retail and Infrastructure.

Skilled in planning and managing post contract commercial services for clients and maintaining live records for reporting to senior decision makers including preparing and presenting supporting documentation for monthly reporting to facilitate clients in assessing project financial standing.

Expertise in leading change management, valuation, contract administration, preparation, assessment and settlement of variation and claims (including extension of time and prolongation) in accordance with the contract conditions, settling contractual disputes and finalizing the project account.
Adept in working on traditional, design & build, and management procurement routes and covering FIDIC Forms of Contracts as well as bespoke Contracts used in Qatar, UAE and India.

Skilled in investigating prospective bidders, evaluating tender bids, analyzing technical & commercial deviations from the tender documents, comparing bids, preparing tender reports, as well as handling the contractual matters and preparing final recommendations.

Efficient in strategic cost management techniques for monitoring various overheads and achieving maximum cost
control at all stages of construction project, effective in verifying cost statements to make sure that the cost
accounting methods are applied properly while preparing records.

Strong relationship management & communication skills with ability to manage & network with Chief Executive
Officers, Project Directors, Consultants, Contractors, Site Members & external agencies such as Lawyers and
Quantum Experts.
