Rachel has over 10 years acting as counsel in arbitrations involving mining, oil & gas and electricity industry disputes and agreements across Canada and in South America, Central Asia and South-East Asia under institutional rules and in ad hoc proceedings.

A frequent author and speaker on matters of domestic and international arbitration, Rachel is highly regarded for her attention to detail and ability to also take a “big-picture” view. Rachel has been ranked by clients and peers in The Legal 500 Canada as a Next Generation Partner in Dispute Resolution and in the Global Arbitration Review’s Who’s Who Legal as a Future Leader in Arbitration. She is a member of the Western Canada Commercial Arbitration Society and is a listed arbitrator on the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) Canada roster.
