In many ways my skill set added to my past experience, balances the fields of diplomacy, law and development.
I have an LLM in dispute resolution from University of London and executive courses in arbitration from Queen Mary and American University, added to a 20 year career in middle east diplomacy.
I have a decades-long record of managing sensitive situations with discretion and tact, leading teams in challenging work environments and resolving technical disputes associated with cross border relations.
My management style is open and transparent and I work through consensus building, in a consultative manner. I am, however, always ready to make decisions and take responsibility for those decisions when the need arises.
I believe that Esprit de corps is essential to any job experience, working with a team of dedicated professionals driven by a common work ethic can be a thoroughly rewarding experience and what one does, in the end, matters less than who one does it with.
