I specialise in Contracts Management and Dispute Resolution in Construction, Engineering, PPP and similar projects. Chief Project funders include World Bank, Asian Development Bank and Japan International Co-operation Agency. Worked on Dispute Resolution under various contract forms involvingwide-range of parties from Government and private sectors. I advise on several aspects of Project delivery from Procurement,Drafting of contracts to Contract Administration, Risk Management and Resolution of disputes. Developed automated drafting tool, electronic documentation, and applied Digital tools for legal practice. I lectured on Contracts, and Claims and Dispute Management.
