Ar. David’s secondary area of practice is ADR in construction related matters. He sets up DYA+C to undertake advises on disputes and potentially appear as disputes resolver.

In the arbitration front, David obtained a LLM from the RGU, Aberdeen. Along this route he was elected as FCIArb and the FMIArb, joining rank with the panel of arbitrators, adjudicators, mediators and expert determiners in the various arbitral appointing bodies worldwide, namely the THAC, AIAC, MIAC, AIADR, BDAC, SCCA, RICS and others arbitrators and mediators.
