An experienced transaction lawyer and dispute resolution specialist, with a proven track record of success in the field of Corporate and Commercial Law and Practice.

In my dispute resolution experience, I have acted as Advocate in commercial disputes in courts and before arbitral panels, including recovery of debts, investments disputes, construction and real estate disputes. I have also represented insolvency practitioners, and lenders in insolvency proceedings.

In my arbitration practice I acted as Tribunal Secretary in adhoc and institutional administered arbitration, have sat as Sole Arbitrator in adhoc and institution administered arbitration, and have acted as Co-arbitrator in adhoc arbitration.

In my Solicitor’s work, I have advised Clients in transactions including in Corporate Restructuring/Internal Arrangements, Capital Market, Construction and Real Estate Transactions, and have been involved in conducting requisite Due Diligence and Debt Recovery matters, advising Clients in Investment transactions, negotiating and structuring transactions and agreements.
