Gediminas Dominas has a wide-ranging track record in contentious, as well as transactional work. His experience includes numerous domestic, international, and investment arbitration cases with the amounts in dispute ranging up to hundreds of millions of euros. Gediminas has been involved in arbitration cases under VCCA (Vilnius), UNCITRAL, ICC, and SCC, as well as ICSID cases. He often acts as an arbitrator under VCCA, as well as ICC rules. He served as an arbitrator in more than 60 cases. On the transactional side, Gediminas worked on various eminent M&A transactions (such as banks, refineries, chemical factories, mobile telephony operators, ferry lines, pharma manufacturers, agrochemical companies, etc.), real estate, and financial deals.
