I am a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in law, arbitration, insolvency practice, and chartered surveying. I have built a reputation as a trusted advisor and expert in my field, providing clients with practical and innovative solutions to complex legal and business challenges.

After completing my law degree at Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University (IMSIU), I trained and qualified as a lawyer and am admitted to the Saudi Bar Association, specializing in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. I quickly established himself as a go-to advisor for clients facing high-stakes disputes, and my track record of success earned my recognition as a rising star in the legal industry. I also perused my academic career in obtaining an LLM in Intellectual Property Law and a PhD in International Commercial Arbitration.

Driven by a desire to expand my expertise and offer more comprehensive advice to clients, I went on to qualify as an arbitrator, honing my skills in alternative dispute resolution.

My areas of expertise includes competition, construction, enforcement and asset recovery, financial services, fraud, general civil and commercial disputes, group and class actions, insolvency, intellectual property, product liability, professional negligence, company disputes, energy (oil and gas) shipping, and real estate.

In addition to my legal and arbitration expertise, I am also a seasoned insolvency practitioner, with extensive experience advising both debtors and creditors on matters related to corporate restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy. I have a deep understanding of the legal and practical issues involved in insolvency proceedings, and have successfully guided numerous clients through the insolvency process, achieving favorable outcomes for all stakeholders.

I am also a licensed RICS chartered valuation surveyor, with a particular focus on property valuation, management, and development. My expertise in this area allows me to provide clients with a holistic view of their real estate holdings, and to offer strategic advice on how best to maximize the value of their assets.

Notwithstanding the above, I have also been chosen as a court appointed expert in various cases requiring valuation of property and machinery. I am also a fellow with the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (Taqeem).
