I am a member of the the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Chartered Institute of Building and and hold a Masters in construction law and arbitration.

I have over 40 years’ experience covering a full range of building surveying services including, but not exclusive to, acting as Expert Witness in building related disputes in both civil and criminal courts, investigation and reports on building defects, undertaking structural surveys, preparing and negotiating Schedules of Dilapidations, reports on boundary disputes, Party Wall Awards and architectural design. For the past 29 years I have been Principal/Director of K Stubbs Associates Ltd, Chartered Building Surveyors.
