Accomplished Fortune 100 legal executive with 20 years of international commercial business experience at AMLAW 10 global law firms (Baker & McKenzie and McDermott Will & Emery) and the largest multinational public and private industrial, manufacturing & food/agricultural companies in the world (Cargill and Tyson Foods). International and domestic experience in all aspects of complex litigation and arbitration, including lead trial/arbitration counsel at the pretrial/hearing, trial/final hearing, and appellate levels. Have managed trial/arbitration teams including lawyers, scientists, experts, paralegals and technical support personnel and has negotiated and drafted complex settlement and confidentiality agreements.

Extensive experience as a mediator and sole arbitrator, panel arbitrator and emergency arbitrator in international and domestic commercial disputes in-person or virtually (hosting/solo managing hearings on the following platforms: Zoom, BlueJeans, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx).

Board Certified in International Litigation and Arbitration with extensive cross-border experience advising and strategizing multi-jurisdictional disputes across venues, both nationally and internationally, and leading global investigations involving corporate fraud, FCPA and regulatory compliance. Fellow of the Chartered Institute of International Arbitration (FCIArb) and a Qualified Neutral Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association (AAA), Conflict Prevention Resolution (CPR), and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
