Mr Sharma has qualifications and experience as an arbitrator and as a mediator.
He was formerly a District Judge in the Courts in Singapore.
As regards arbitration, he is a Panel Arbitrator with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), and the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators.
As regards mediation, he is an Accredited Mediator with the Singapore International Mediation Institute, Senior Mediator with the Law Society Mediation Scheme of the Law Society of Singapore, Member of the Society of Mediation Professionals (Singapore), and Member of the International Institute of Mediators (Singapore)..
