Areas of Expertise:

Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, board member of Lebanon branch (2017-2018); having strong knowledge of FIDIC, AIA and other construction contracts; successfully contributed to a wide range of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) within different roles in AD-HOK domestic arbitration as Chairman and Co-Arbitrator of Arbitral Tribunals.

Having 27 years of MENA experience in RE Development and Project Management, Urban Planning and Design, Architecture, Interior Design and Landscaping; a touristic destination programmer, planner and designer; Led Master and stand-alone Developments from inception through delivery including setting of respective business plan, component, and design mix; Conducted/collaborated on various scale of Urban Planning and Urban Design studies.

Experienced in the implementation of Smart Sustainable Mixed-use and Destination developments with a portfolio that covers multi-billion USD of small, medium and large scale encompassing comprehensive new Urban Developments and Industrial zones (37 to 10000+ ha) Downtown Development and Urban Regeneration, Residential Communities, Office Parks, Entertainment Retail, Theme-parks, Ultra-luxury Resorts (up to 400ha), Golf courses and Standalone low/med/high rise buildings with such components: Mixed-use, Residential, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality throughout MENA & GCC.
