I Qualified as a Lawyer in 1995 and practiced for a while but found out that I had a flair for project management from inception to actualisation working for the family business.
Now back into full law practice. A seasoned legal practitioner with over 3 decades with experience in Corporate & Commercial law and specializes as an ADR lawyer. I obtained my B.Ed (Eng) at the University of Ibadan in 1990 and my Bachelor of law in 1992 at the University of Leeds UK. I have several diplomas in Arbitration, Mediation and Compliance.
I am a Fellow of the CIARB (Uk), member of the SCMA(Uk), ICMC (Nig) and an experienced Arbitrator & Mediator. I engage as Counsel, Tribunal Secretary and an Arbitrator in Domestic and International References.
I am on the panel of Neutrals on the Oyo State and Lagos State Multidoor Courthouses and the Lagos Court of Arbitration and I am an approved Tutor for the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Uk), a member of the ArbitralWomen and a woman that promotes equality in women representation in Arbitration.
An active member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the first Female Vice Chairman of NBA Ibadan branch in 66 years. I am a member of the 2022 NBA National Appeals Commitee and currently the Secretary to the Commitee on Law Firm Mentoring Scheme about to commence at the National Level of the NBA and can say that I an a “Bar Man”. I also sit currently as the Chairman of Oluyole Microfinance Bank, and as Director of various companies.
I love to travel, read autobiographies, watch movies and an ardent follower of ManUtd and a very loyal fan of Rafa Nadal. I am a fast learner, can work with minimal supervision and I love to learn new things daily,
I have been Registrar to Tribunals, a Sole Arbitrator and have been part of several Tribunals as a Co- Arbitrator. Open to work.
