Since 2007, Hongli Sun as a legal counsel has served many manufacturing and trading-oriented import and export companies (including listed companies, group companies, multinational companies), participated in many domestic and overseas mergers, acquisitions and reorganization, acted for litigation cases involving parties from USA, Britain, France, South Korea, Spain, Russia, the Netherlands and so on, acting for arbitration cases for clients from Italy, Thailand arbitrated in domestic arbitral institutions, and acting for clients for arbitration cases arbitrated as per LMAA rules, HKIAC and SIAC rules, and Ad-hoc arbitrations seated in Hong Kong, Switzerland etc., acting for foreign client to apply for recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral award in the Chinese court, cooperating with different intermediaries to assist clients in the issuance of bonds, and acting as team leader to lead and assist teams in handling bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation. Based on years of experience in litigation and non-litigation, Sun is good at coping with both litigation and non-litigation issues and capable of advising clients with a comprehensive and all-round view to realize their commercial purposes and objectives.
