With over 14 years experience working as Counsel in Civil Litigation, Securities and Insurance Regulatory Law. Currently works as an ADR (Arbitration and Mediation) and Legal Services Advisor with Mukiri Smith Consulting.

Extensive experience and networks as In-House Counsel with financial services regulators particularly the Insurance Commission of The Bahamas (ICB) and the Securities Commission of The Bahamas having worked with primary responsibility for administrative and enforcement actions, and as the arbitration tribunal secretary of the Arbitration Secretariat of the ICB.

International experience: Paralegal roles at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, City of London, U.K. in their Dispute Resolution Department and at the Financial Conduct Authority, Canary Whalf, U.K. with the Law & International Team of the Enforcement Division.

A trained Arbitrator, MCIArb, certified by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London, U.K. and a Barrister, The Honourable Society of Middle Temple.
