I am a Chartered Civil Engineer with thirty of years of post graduate experience on a wide range of construction projects. I have extensive experience in all aspects of project management from conception to final completion including the design process, planning, programming, tendering, site management and financial settlement. I now specialise in dispute avoidance or resolution.

I except appointments when appropriate as a Mediator, (CEDR), Adjudicator, Dispute Board member, Expert Witness, (delay analysis), or simply a party adviser. I have worked on large international and domestic projects, ($1 billion plus), in arbitrations, litigations, adjudications and mediations for both Employers and Contractors in Europe, the Middle East, the Far East and North America.
