Job Title: Independent Counsel, Arbitrator, Mediator - FCIArb

Areas of Expertise:

I am an experienced arbitrator, mediator and independent counsel. I have arbitrated commercial disputes both as a sole and a presiding arbitrator in institutional and ad-hoc arbitrations. I have been an arbitration counsel in domestic and international arbitrations. I have experience in construction, commercial and technology related dispute resolution. I have done Harvard Law School's negotiation and mediation program.

As a Fellow of CIArb, I am keen to engage with international arbitration practitioners and scholars around the world. I am on the CIArb Approved Faculty List (AFL) for ARF, Module 2 and Module 3.
