The subject matter in the disputes appointed to resolve include: insurance coverage; breach of contract; breach of franchise agreement; property and casualty liability; workers compensation; reinsurance; construction; professional fee disputes, employment discrimination; gender discrimination; sexual harassment; retaliation; wage and hour; FSLA; wrongful discharge; and breach of partnership agreement.
