Job Title: Senior Advisor to the Director-General of the ILO

Areas of Expertise:

Chad Blackman is the Senior Advisor to the Director-General of the ILO, and was Barbados' Ambassador to the UN at Geneva and Vienna & WTO; Austria, Hungary, Switzerland and Serbia. He is an International Trade Law Expert.

He served as the President of the G77 and China (Geneva Chapter) , and former Chairman of the Trade and Environment, and Trade and Development Committees of the World Trade Organization (WTO).

He also served as the Co-ordinator of the Group of the Americas, and Group of Latin-America and the Caribbean in the International Labour Organization (ILO).
