David B. Wilson, FCIArb, focuses his practice on preventing, solving, and (as arbitrator) adjudicating complex business and IP disputes in the U.S. and abroad. He is a Colorado attorney and a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. He is the former Vice Chair of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, and has co-chaired two Commission Task Forces.

His practice includes international and U.S. arbitration, international litigation in U.S. and foreign courts, and U.S. domestic federal and state court litigation. He has handled more than 200 cross-border matters. Named Best Lawyers in America's 2021 Denver Arbitration Lawyer of the Year, he has also been listed in Expert Guides' Best of the Best Global and Best of the Best USA (Commercial Arbitration), Guide to the World's Leading Experts in Commercial Arbitration, Who’s Who of Commercial Arbitration, and Colorado Super Lawyers (Business Litigation), among other publications.

He is a member of the ICDR and AAA panels (including Large Complex Case, Energy, and M&A & Joint Venture) and the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield List of Arbitrators.

As arbitrator and advocate, he handles complex disputes over contracts, sales of goods, M&A, joint ventures, corporations, partnerships, accounting, unfair competition, intellectual property, employment and Constitutional law, involving industries including technology, payment processing, fintech, broadband, space launch systems and satellites, renewable energy, energy, oilfield services, and manufacturing and distribution.
