Ian is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Quantum Consultant with over 30 years of industry experience in claims and contract management, arbitration, adjudication, full pre- and post- contract cost management/quantity surveying, and procurement management.

His project experience covers a wide range of sectors including aviation, retail, commercial offices, hotel and leisure, residential, education, industrial/logistics, pharmaceutical, prisons, rail, roads, and public sector works.

His ability to build rapport easily has seen him take on several client-facing roles during his time working across the Middle East, Central, Eastern and South-eastern Europe markets, as well as Australia and the UK where has worked on many major projects.

With proven skills in Quantum assessment, Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Value Management, Risk Management, Project Management, Development Management, Due Diligence, Client Representation, Development Monitoring, and Business Case Preparation, Ian has an expert level of construction knowledge.
