Susan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years experience in commercial management, dispute avoidance and resolution, specialising in mechanical, electrical and specialist services sectors in the UK and overseas.

She has been engaged to advise on matters in relation to quantum and delay on large scale M&E, Energy and infrastructure projects and has been responsible for the negotiated settlement of many technically demanding and diverse range of commercial, public sector and private projects.

Susan’s forte is in negotiation and ensuring Clients interests are protected with relationships maintained. Susan regularly manages complex disputes, acting as Party Representative in Adjudication, and providing Expert evidence in a wide range of matters including valuation of works, variations, final account, loss and expense, delay and prolongation, acceleration, contract interpretation and professional negligence.
