Philip is an experienced dispute resolution professional with 25 years of experience in workplace dispute and conflict resolution.

Philip is an accredited Mediator with the Mediators Institute of Ireland. He holds a B.A. Degree in Business and HRM (NCI), a Post-Graduate Diploma in Employment Law (UCD), and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Philip has significant experience in managing complex proceedings at the WRC and Labour Court and advising on strategy. He is also an expert in managing workplace conflict at both a local and national level to a successful resolution by mediation, conciliation, investigation, and adjudication.

Philip has Chaired numerous Tribunals for a national sporting organisation since 2018, arbitrating complex disputes to a successful outcome.

Philip is a Member of the Employment Law Association of Ireland (ELAI)
