Steve has circa 20 years’ experience working within the Construction industry, working on Retail, Commercial and Industrial developments up to £150m in value. Following inception of Everett Commercial Ltd, the company provides bespoke 'Project Management & Commercial Services' to all Construction sectors, working alongside Property Developers, Main Contractors, Sub-contractors and Private Clients, specialising in the following areas:

*** Commercial Services to Property Developers- Tailored Commercial, Project Management & Contract Administrator Services. Due Diligence carried out for schemes to financial bodies, including Cost Plan and Development Appraisal production. Management of Project from Commencement to Completion.

*** Dispute Resolution- Advice on problem contracts and projects, mediatory services, production of claims documentation and ascertainment of Loss and Expense elements, dealing with bad debtors and late payments in accordance with current legislation. Assistance with Adjudications, production of Notice and Referral documents and advice on the adjudication process.

*** General Contract Management- Review of commercial contracts, risk analysis, production of commercial documentation, cost reporting, cashflow and compliance with legal requirements, production of Final Account Documentations and other entitlements.

*** Expert knowledge on Main Contracting and Sub-contracting trades

*** Bill of Quantity & Cost plan production- using advanced measurement software and current pricing databases.

*** Insurance Claims & Dilapidations- Evaluation of insurance issues and production of costing documentation to support commercial claims and Dilapidations.

*** Insolvency- Assisting Liquidators, Receivers & Creditors to ensure that proper and apposite values are recovered for companies that have become insolvent.
