Falk Tischendorf is a German qualified Attorney at law, Partner and Head of the CIS Practice at ADVANT Beiten, with more than 20 years of experience of advising international clients (from listed companies through family-owned companies to small and medium-sized companies across different industry sectors, in particular technology, mechanical engineering, automotive, pharmaceutical, medical engineering, chemicals, agriculture and agricultural engineering, media & entertainment and financial services on their investments in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, M&A, corporate and commercial law issues. Falk provides guidance at every stage of the investment decision-making process and advises investors on compliance and risk management issues. Falk is an Arbitrator for international commercial disputes, an Accredited Mediator (LSM) and IMI qualified Mediator.
