I got a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Ain Shams University in 1980.
I got a postgraduate diploma in real estate asset valuation according to international valuation standards (IVS) in 2008.
I took many qualifying courses in contracts and arbitration from Ain Shams University, Faculty of law and accordingly I have been accredited as an certified arbitrator in 2008.
I have been accredited as a member of the Arab Engineering Arbitration Authority at the Federation of Arab Engineers, and an arbitrator in the Egyptian Engineers syndicate.
I was accredited as a Certified arbitrator at the Cairo Center CRCICA at the Engineers Syndicate. And I passed the qualification course for membership in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIRAb) in 2023.
I have been certified as a real estate appraisal expert by the Financial Regulatory Authority, Central bank of Egypt, the Economic Courts, the Engineers Syndicate, and the Cairo Center CRACICA.
