Steven is an RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor and RICS Advisor and Party Representative with over 25 years of construction and infrastructure experience both in PLC contracting delivering commercial success on schemes in excess of £100 million with some of the largest construction and infrastructure contractors and clients globally.
