Job Title: Senior Officer, Contracts

Nafaris is a Member of Kaula lumbur and Singapore Arbitration Centers. He has more than Eighteen (18) years of commercial and legal experience. He specialises in Construction, Accessible Engineering, Infrastructure, and project Arbitrations.

His qualification includes a Degree in Construction Management. He holds Charted Membership (MCIArb) at British’s Charted Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and a master’s in construction laws and Arbitration (LLM) from Robert Gorden University. He is presently working for a fellowship programme offered by Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration | Arbitrators (SCCA).

He is expertise in Arbitration case management technique and represented his Employer in mediation, assisted, facilitated amicable settlement, and restored working relationship.

He recently starts a new role as Senior Officer, Contracts and attaches with Contracts and Legal Department at GROUPE BOUYGUES, a largest public company in Europe. His responsibility includes advising the parties on their rights and obligation, working on Contracts matters and potential claims right from the start.

He previously worked with International Red Cross and Red Crescent (ICRC & IFRC), UN Habitat, RIU (a London based Research Firm), Hochtief and Arabtec. His experience covers Barwa Commercial Avenue (World largest Retail Centre), Midfield Terminal (Airport), Louvre Abu Dhabi (Museum Piece) and Fairmont Abu Dhabi (High End Hotel).
