Having over 45 years experience in construction, of which the last 28 years has been within the surveying profession, being employed by International Surveying firms, the Estates Department a National Retailer, specialising in all aspects of Landlord & Tenant related matters.

Setting up my own business and no offering bespoke services ranging from; Surveys/Inspections and Advice for block residential property managers (and their Clients), advising on simple repairs to more extensive remedial work, Construction Procurement and Contract Administration, Agency and Commercial Property Management. Insurance reinstatement works and, Party Wall matters. Boundary disputes etc.
