Skilled in Contract Management, Cost Management, Subcontracting, and Commercial Issues. Oversees large-scale construction projects and ensures that Contract and Commercial data are managed efficiently to maximize the performance of the project.
My on-the-job experience has allowed me to act as a liaison between departments, Subcontractors, Cost Consultants and Contractors. I have used sound judgment for Contract management, keeping performance high and within budget. I have the interpersonal skill needed for collaboration with Client Cost Consultants, Subcontractors and vendors. I have a solid grasp of preparing subcontracts, Cost reports and creating budgets as well as making and receiving payments and ensuring all parties are on the same level of agreement.
