Mr. Vargas have extensive experiences on contract management, formation of contracts, administration of contracts (bespoke, FIDIC 1987/1999/2017) Extension of Time and Cost claims, terminations, de-scoping, suspension, arbitration proceedings, mediation and avoidance and/or other resolution of disputes and managing the construction projects from inception up to handing over.
