I am an ADR Group accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator (since 2011), an ADR Group accredited Workplace Mediator (since 2013), an ADR Group Accredited Online Mediator, a Registered Mediator with the Civil Mediation Council, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the Worshipful Company of Arbitrators and a practising Solicitor.

I have undertaken over 100 paid mediations in contentious probate, shareholder disputes, boundary disputes, consumer disputes and workplace mediations.

I was called as a Barrister in 1998 and admitted as a Solicitor in 2002. I practice as a Consultant Litigation Solicitor in Northamptonshire. Prior to Consulting I was a partner and head of litigation at a Northamptonshire based firm of solicitors. I have experience in commercial, probate, employment, boundary disputes, property and personal injury claims.

In 2017 I was appointed to the Panel of Chairpersons for the Valuation Tribunal of England, hearing appeals concerning Council Tax and Non-Domestic Rates.

In 2023 I was appointed as a Magistrate in the Family Court.

My broad civil and commercial litigation experience helps me mediate effectively on a wide range of civil and commercial and workplace mediations.
