A mechanical engineer with extensive construction contracting experience, starting from project conception, estimation, project delivery and contract conclusion. Covering areas of negotiation, payment claims, extension claims, and having worked on both sides submitting those claims while working as a contractor and reviewing those claims while working as a consultant.
Worked as both contractor and consultant on mega projects, ranging from villa packages to hotels, malls and amusement parks.
Have a strong command on the financial aspects of construction, having worked in a quantity surveyor role for both contractors and consultants.
While also possessing strong technical knowledge of construction having worked in projects as a project engineer and a consultant throughout my career.
Which has allowed me to be able to have the knowledge and experience required to apply the various ADR methods for disputes relating to construction and contracts.
