I graduated from the Faculty of Law, Cairo University - May 1996 - with a grade of good, and I received a postgraduate diploma in private law with a grade of good from the same faculty in May 2007.
The current administration is a lawyer of cassation and the Supreme Court.
I worked as a specialist since the beginning of my work in the field of civil and commercial cases, investment cases, companies and banks, and contracts in many fields and topics, especially investment contracts, commercial contracts, contracting contracts, loan contracts and credit facilities, which are closely related topics. Arbitration, and accordingly, I started working in the field of arbitration since 1994, the date of the issuance of the Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994.
I worked in the field of arbitration in many cases, where I initiated many arbitration cases as a lawyer for one of the parties, reaching dozens of cases, in the field of civil and contracting contracts, contracts of artistic and cinematic production, and intellectual property contracts.
I worked in the fields related to the relationship of the state’s judiciary with arbitration, where I worked as a lawyer in the cases of nullity of the arbitral award, and the implementation of arbitration rulings .
As for my work as an arbitrator, I worked as an arbitrator in many institutional arbitration cases in accordance with the rules of the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration, whether as a member of the arbitral tribunal, or as an individual arbitrator. Issues related to contracting, construction, building and real estate development contracts, and pharmacy management contracts, the last of which I submitted the judgment last August of this year.
I also provide legal advice in the field of the aforementioned topics, and with regard to arbitration and the implementation of its provisions.
I participated in many specialized training courses in the field of arbitration, the last of which was held from December 19 to 26, 2021 Comparative Commercial Arbitration, Theory and Practice" (CCATP), equivalent to CIArb Module (1) on (International Arbitration),leading to the Membership of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators , and I obtained an approved certificate by successfully passing this course with a good grade.
I am also currently participating in the only periodic international conference on the role of state courts in international arbitration, which will be held on December 5-6, 2022 in Sharm El-Sheikh.
I also have an intellectual contribution in the field of arbitration, as I published a specialized legal research article entitled (Procedural Obstacles to Enforcement of Arbitration Awards) in the Arab Arbitration Journal - Issue 33 and 34 - December 2019 and June 2020, and it is a specialized magazine issued by the General Secretariat of the Arab Arbitration Union International, which is available in Egypt at the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration
