PROFILE
I’m an Architectural Engineer specialising in delay analysis and am based in London, United Kingdom. I have over 21 years of professional experience in the construction, infrastructure, and oil & gas industries. I have worked on major projects involving residential buildings, towers, hotels, bridges, highways, railways, tunnels, power stations, pipelines and utilities across Egypt, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Australia, the UK, Russia, and South Africa.
I have acted as a delay expert assistant, and my experience includes preparing expert delay analysis reports. I have provided advice and supported clients in arbitration and claims and have been responsible for preparing and defending extension of time claims on complex projects.
I am familiar with the various forms of delay analysis methodologies and am comfortable determining strategies in relation to the preparation of delay claims and the defence response.

I have a wide range of experience in overseeing all contract activities, delay analysis, scheduling, planning and CPM. I also have comprehensive knowledge of cost, estimating, procurement and the preparation of extension of time submissions to resolve construction disputes within the EPC industry at the project and field execution level.
