My commercial background of 24 years together with the depth of legal oversight experience managing disputes and legal opinions with Regulators and Government Departments in Southern Africa is a well balanced platform for Arbitration Services.
Having facilitated Physical Oil Contracts together with managing the oversight for the entire operational chain, including Sales and Purchase Agreement, Shipping, Q & Q ,Financial instruments and settlement for said Trades my understanding of commercial relationships is broad.
Over the years, I have worked with both internal and external legal teams providing guidance, opinion and dispute assistance on various matters.
Whilst the majority of my experience has been working with Blue Chip entities in build their portfolio in Africa, all contractual matters were dealt with under various International Terms and English law.
