Andrei Soltan is a mechanical engineer and an accredited expert with nearly 13 years of construction and civil engineering experience.
Andrei’s expertise has been gained from having worked for both consulting and contractor organisations and on a wide range of national and international projects; ranging from offices, oil and gas, petrochemical, offshore, building, civil engineering infrastructure and technology projects.
Andrei has provided independent expert testimony on matters of delay and disruption to Dispute Adjudication Boards and an ICC arbitration proceeding.
Andrei has been cross-examined by leading specialist construction and engineering lawyers.
Andrei is recognised as a Future Leader in Who's Who Legal (WWL) 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 Arbitration Expert Witnesses, Construction Expert Witnesses, Experts-Construction – Quantum, Delay & Technical categories.
Andrei has undertaken the Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence training by Legal Experience Training. The accreditation is a Level 7 BTEC which is at the level of a Masters. He has successfully completed the assessments and has been awarded the Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence.
Andrei has a background in quality management and health and safety, including expertise in management systems and compliance with design supervision and execution of works contracts.
