At EKSPER Counsellor at Law, he was exposed to various corporate commercial matters and was involved in preparing a major corporate acquisition involving multiple international stakeholders. He has been part of the team which assists clients in legal due diligence projects, share acquisition, and corporate matters.

Egun started his legal career as a Legal Officer at a distinguished real estate company. His main responsibility was to manage the company’s general corporate/commercial issues, transfer property projects, and acquisition of shares and assets of a property project.

Egun coheres to the value of ethical principles when representing clients before Indonesian courts and arbitration panels. He provides expert advice and oversight in multidisciplinary corporate negotiations including M&A, foreign direct investment, and experience in managing legal aspects of real estate transactions, commercial, employment, and corporate governance matters including civil matters, family law, and succession legal issues.
