I am a conflict resolution specialist, and I work as a Mediator, Attorney, and Professor. My practice covers the following areas of Law: Civil, Commercial, Construction, Engineering and Infrastructure, Energy, Real State, Insolvency and Reorganization, Financial Markets and Securities, Healthcare, and Corporate and M&A.

For over 20 years, I have helped a range of clients - from individuals and small companies to major multinationals - to resolve their commercial and corporate disputes and to optimize their business through the sole or joint implementation of the fastest, most efficient, and adequate measures.

As a Mediator, I am result-oriented and have dedicated my legal experience in the business environment to help parties achieve the best possible outcome to their unique and specific needs. I am a Court of Justice of São Paulo mediator, an IMI, ICFML, and ODR Foundations Training certified mediator, as well as a Fellow of the CIArb. I also have a diploma and certification in Dispute Board/SCDR (including for the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games) by the DRBF. I sit on panel lists maintained by several Brazilian institutions, including the CAMARB, CAMCA, CBMA, CEMAAC, CSVIEWS, MEDARBRB, Mediação LFG, and Nobis Mediação.

As an Attorney, I am business-oriented, focused on establishing an open, timely, and efficient communication with my clients to understand what is really important for each one of them, anticipate their needs, as well as offer customized and complete solutions to improve their businesses and optimize their results.

I am also a passionate Civil Procedure Law and ADR Professor in graduation and post-graduation courses. I apply my technical expertise and practical experience to address the need for high-quality training and education in Brazil. I have written two books and several legal articles, and I constantly give lectures about such subjects.
