Rachit Seth is a Consultant at HKA. He's a highly motivated Delay Analyst who has a strong work ethic and time management skills with high degree of articulation in written and spoken form. Rachit is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

An alumnus of Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore, he specializes in Project Planning and Delay analysis. Furthermore, his experiences ranges from Preparation of Extension of Time Claims and Expert Witness report drafting for several projects to live project planning experience in Singapore such as T315 (Additions & Alterations to Tanah Merah Station - LTA), N110 (North-South Corridor - LTA), C2B (Tuas Water Reclamation Plant - PUB) & J110 (Additions & Alteration to Jurong East Station - LTA). Moreover, involved in Tender Programme Planning and Preparation of Baseline Programmes.
