I'm a disputes attorney with a corporate background. I have been an Associate at Levari Law Firm's Dispute Resolution team since 2020, and I hold an LLB from Ain Shams University, English section. I obtained my legal practice license from the Egyptian Bar Association in 2019.

Before joining Levari's Dispute Resolution team, I advised several clients on various corporate transactions such as corporate restructuring and shares, assets, and business purchasing. I also undertook to draft commercial contracts and corporate legal documents. Additionally, I have conducted several legal due diligence on local companies in line with various transactions.

In disputes, I took part in many ad-hoc and institutional arbitrations as a counsel and also; represented many clients in arbitration-related litigation cases. To that end, I represented many clients before different tribunals and courts of various degrees and drafted memorials.

Additionally, I represent our clients in many commercial, civil, and criminal litigations before the UAE courts. My litigation scope extends to employment, breaches of trusts, family law, civil, commercial, and criminal cases. I also provide legal opinions regularly on many legal aspects including, but not limited to, Labour Law and IP rights.
