Partnership Programme

Partnership Programme

The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators has substantial experience in working with partners in delivering training to avoid, manage and resolve disputes. It has four partnership routes under which it can work with other organisations in the delivery of this ADR training:

Accreditation Partner: CIArb can map other training providers’ courses against its own learning outcomes and assessments in order to determine whether successful students on external courses can apply for CIArb membership.

Product Partner: CIArb can deliver courses, or look to integrate its learning outcomes, programme materials and/or assessments into partner programmes.

Innovation Partner: CIArb and partners can work on new dispute resolution programmes.

For further information on CIArb’s partnership programme and brochure, please contact the Director of Education and Training, Paresh Kathrani, at Pkathrani@ciarb.org
